Pastoral Care
Pastoral care is the commitment that Tweed Valley Adventist College makes to the health and wellbeing of each student, developing character values and shaping holistic teaching and learning. Pastoral care occurs organically in the classroom, in the playground, in the chaplaincy office, in Bible study groups, on the sporting field, on school camps and other co-curricular activities. The Staff at our College genuinely care for the students and are committed to leading by example. Our students receive pastoral care from their home room teacher and also from the Head of School and Chaplaincy team.
Our Chaplains are available to assist with individual student welfare concerns and to guide the students spiritually. We have two full time Chaplains and one part time Chaplain/Teacher that oversee the Pastoral Care Program and coordinate weekly chapels and annual school camps.
